Yep, that's right- I've been a raaaawther good girl lately, and my reward was a new Ford Edge! Ok, that fact is true but also, my old old old car was ancient and just about a goner. But this car is too fun and I'm counting it as a real treat. :)
Anyway, the best feature on it is the glorious moonroof that pretty much covers the whole roof of our car, when it's open, it feels a little convertible-y, which is a YES YES YES to the Kings. Right after we got engaged, we took a 350Z up and down the California coast with the top down- pure exhileration. We were high on love, and on the fact we somehow fit my suitcase in my passenger seat with me. My neck still hurts. Worth it.
That experience made us crazy for convertibles, but in the small tiny itty bitty 0% chance we have a baby in the next few years, there would be zero place for a kiddie to go in a 2-seater. So... reason won out, with a close second being my new sweet ride.
gotta go drive my babe around town and look at skyscrapers with new leather garment bags.. peace out.
